In this video I show you my recent visit to the Sports Chiro/ Therapist to address forearm and bicep pain and tightness through a soft tissue mobilization technique called scraping, Gua Sha, or Graston Technique. There is no certified Graston practitioner where I live, so this was the closest I could get, so it may not have been ideal technique. I did still get immediate and noticeable improvements in pain and mobility in this one session.
