I didn’t come up with the name but it is one of my all time favorites, this is the World’s Greatest Stretch. With breath cues originally learned from Foundation Training. This exercise / mobility is a great way to open up your hips, improve dorsiflexion of your ankles, improve the quality of motion of your spine AND activate the deep hip / glute muscles before you workout. For people who have back pain, hip pain, mid back pain, or tightness in their body this is a perfect mobility exercise to add to your daily schedule to become more present with your body, open up your tissues and decompress your spine. Again, make sure to pay special attention to the cues I give in order to get the most out of this while also staying safe. Let me know what you think below!!
