I enjoyed exploring my new neighborhood in Tokyo - Nishi-Shinjuku (West Shinjuku) the skyscraper district. I started a video on my first day but decided to re-do the first part where I was looking for an observation deck. I finally found the observation deck at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building - it’s free and you get great views of Tokyo, and if you’re lucky, Mount Fuji. For lunch, I went down to B1 and had some fried rice and gyoza at a restaurant that was clearly geared towards office workers. Cheap, delicious and filling. When looking for food in Tokyo, look for the places that the workers eat. You’ll always find good, cheap food.
