Episode 16 Grammaw’s Drop Biscuits Makes about 6 Preheat oven to 350* 1 Stick Salted Butter, partially frozen 2 C Self-Rising Flour 3 TSP Sugar 1 C Heavy Cream Method: Cut butter into very small cubes and place in mixing bowl. Add flour to butter and combine together using a pastry cutter or whisk until butter is about the size of small peas. Slowly add mix and stir to combine just until a rough dough forms. Place dough on floured surface and quickly pull together with your hands until a ball forms. Drop ½ cup-sized biscuits onto oiled baking sheet or cast iron pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Bon Appetit!
