Welcome to Day 10 of the Comeback Series — shoulder and abs workout at home with dumbbells This is a 30-minute upper body workout designed to build strength, improve muscle tone, and help you rebuild consistency. The workout is beginner to moderate friendly and can be done at home with minimal equipment. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: • Dumbbells • Mat • Chair or a Bench WORKOUT STRUCTURE: • 3-minute warm-up • 40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest • A movement + B Movement repeated twice WEIGHTS I’M USING: • 15lb dumbbells • 10lb dumbbells (Adjust weight as needed — focus on good form.)
