The Craffins always turn out tender, aromatic, and disappear in just a few minutes! 🔔 This video contains a step-by-step recipe, useful tips, and my secrets for the perfect dough that won't go stale even after a week. Ingredients and recipe: Warm milk 35-40°C (95-104°F) 100 ml 1 tbsp sugar (20 g or 0.7 oz) Yeast 7 g (2 teaspoons) 1. Whisk together 3 tbsp flour. 2. Stir again 3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 15–20 minutes. Zest of an orange Orange juice 70 ml (5 tbsp or 2.4 fl oz) Dried cherries 50 g (1.75 oz) Raisins 50 g (1.75 oz) Dried cranberries 50 g (1.75 oz) Whisky or cognac 50 ml (1/4 cup or 1.7 fl oz) 4. Pour over the dried fruits and let steep for 1-2 hours Milk 150 ml (3/4 cup or 5.1 fl oz) 4 tbsp sugar (80 g or 2.8 oz) Vanilla sugar 1.5 tsp (8 g or 0.3 oz) 5. Whisk together Eggs 2 pieces Egg yolks 2 pieces 6. Whisk together Flour 600-630 g (21.2 - 22.2 oz) 7. Watch the video until the end; this is the best pastry for the joyful Easter celebration! 8. The first dough is ready; the yeast is very good. 9. Fill the dough 10. Stir with a spatula 3/4 tsp salt (4 g or 0.14 oz) Butter 100 ml (7 tbsp or 3.4 oz) 11. Mix well with a spatula. 12. Add orange juice and zest 13. Stir with a spatula 14. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1–2 minutes. 15. Place the dough on the table and knead for 7–8 minutes. 16.
