In this video I do a back % chest session with one of my friends. We did in total two exercises per body part. Cable rows: 3 sets of 8 lat pulldown: 3 sets of 8 Incline bench with smith machine: 3 super sets Pecdeck fly: 3 sets of 8-10 rep range We also implemented biceps at the end, where we did 2 sets of preacher curls and one set of bicep curls with the handling machine. This was our workout for today I have to get used to weightlifting again And the reason for that is because I have been running al this time, that my body is not that ''bulky'' or ''strong'' as it used to be. I used to weigh around 78 kg, now I weigh 67 kg. And this is because of the constant running that I have been doing for the past 6 months. In two days from now, I have also a new half a marathon, which will be my second of this year, and I have to prepare not only physically, but also mentally.
