High rep squats are hard, but they have so, so many benefits. If you have a lower body day, and you aren't sure what to do, then squat. Squat for reps. They'll help your body in so many ways, and just because they are hard doesn't mean that you should shy away from them. Do them. Embrace the discomfort. 20 rep squats is a good target, but you can do higher or lower as well. Just make sure it's hard. Bottom line, high rep squatting is one of the most beneficial things that you can do.
