When Vahid was little, we actually put him on the DAN diet, the defeat autism diet. It's a diet that doesn't have gluten, dairy, artificial color or flavor or any refined sugar. And so he learned to cook, actually on that diet. So this bread is amazing because it's high fiber, low carbohydrate, and it works on most paleo, most keto and most anti inflammatory diets, as long as you're allowed to have nuts.
