Simple ingredients, amazing flavor, and fitness-friendly! Ingredients: 1. 500 grams of apples (I ended up with 460) 2. 25 grams of instant gelatin 3. 100 ml of warm boiled water Preparation: Wash the apples and bake them in the oven until ready (it is better to peel the apples and remove the core). Bake for 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees. When the apples have cooled, blend them with a blender until smooth. Pour the instant gelatin into warm water, stir until completely dissolved, and pour into the apple puree. Beat with a mixer on high speed (at least 15-20 minutes, depending on the power of the mixer). The mixture should lighten in color and resemble whipped egg whites with sugar. Line a mold with plastic wrap (this makes it easier to remove the dessert from the mold) and pour in the mixture. Refrigerate for 3 hours (or overnight).
