Add the lentils and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer the lentils for 12 to 15 minutes, until they are tender but not mushy. Drain the lentils and set them aside to cool completely. 2. In a Pan add 1 Tbsp cooking oil and stir in Mushroom. Season it with salt and black pepper.Cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms release their moisture and start to brown.then Transfer it to a plate and set aside 3.
