In this session, we focus on improving circulation in the lower abdomen and pelvic region, which is an important area for women’s hormonal health, energy levels, and overall vitality. In yogic understanding, this space is connected to the Sacral Chakra, the center associated with creativity, emotions, and feminine energy. Through simple and accessible movements, we work on creating space in the hips, strengthening the body, and supporting a natural flow of prana in this region. This practice includes: • Gentle warm-up for hips and spine • Bodyweight strength for stability and support • Pelvic-focused yoga flow • Breathwork to calm the nervous system • Short meditation to reconnect with the body This session is suitable for most women and can be practiced regularly to feel more balanced, grounded, and connected to your body. 🌿 Abdominal Massage Tip (During Periods) A gentle lower abdomen oil massage can help relax the pelvic area and support circulation.
