What really stood out to me is how You Must balances atmosphere and gameplay. Just like the best resident evil like games, this isn’t about constant action — it’s about tension. The silence, the sound design, the camera angles, and the way enemies appear all work together to keep you on edge. I found myself slowing down, checking every room carefully, and second-guessing every decision I made. The puzzles are another highlight. They’re not overly complicated, but they force you to think — especially when you’re already stressed from surviving zombie encounters. That mix of puzzle-solving and survival combat is exactly why I love resident evil like games, and You Must nails that formula surprisingly well for a short indie title. Combat feels deliberate and punishing. Ammo is limited, enemies are aggressive, and mistakes cost you. I had multiple moments where I thought I was safe… only to be proven very wrong seconds later. If you enjoy survival horror games that don’t hold your hand, this will feel right at home alongside other resident evil like games. Another thing I really appreciated was the cinematic presentation. Even though this is an indie game, it doesn’t feel cheap or rushed. The cutscenes, pacing, and environmental storytelling all add to the experience.
