It's that favourite layout for almost all Malaysians, an individual title freehold double storey terrace house. This is where home owners get to express their liking onto the house that they paid. Since this is staple design for this developer, they have done this again and again throughout the decade so they really know their target audiences. I particularly like the wet kitchen/yard area which is extremely spacious. Almost half of the house can be converted into a kitchen area. I also like the top ventilation panels for the bathrooms upstairs. That allowed the bedrooms to enjoy full facade. However, how I wish the same treatment to be applied onto the principal bedroom because the shaped are rather odd. Also I wished that the structural members could be a little bit more gentle. Personal preferences, I still enjoy stratafied properties as I have more control over common areas and uniform design languages but this form of property can never go wrong.
