These workouts use intervals of 110 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. Most of the workouts will split the intervals into 2 halves, doing one half on one side and then switching. this will fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn! In Endurance 110 Build It Up you will start off with 2 warm up rounds and then do 2 separate combinations for 4 rounds each, with 2 cardio moves in between switching sides. The combinations will always start with a base move and each round you add on one component. The first circuit is a squat back kick, to crouching leg raise, into a mini handstand and finally a down dog glute raise. The second circuit is a lunge to side kick, then a curtsy lunge to round kick, into a squat thrust and finally a push up. There are easier modifications shown so it is a workout you can grow with, do not attempt the advanced variations until you are comfortable with the easier versions. It's 45 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!
