Join me for this 30-minute moon salutation sequence, also known as Chandra Namaskar. This gentle and soothing practice is perfect for winding down at the end of the day or for finding some peace and quiet in the middle of a busy week. 🌚 Moon salutations are a series of yoga poses that are designed to balance the feminine energies within the body. They are typically practiced at a slower pace than sun salutations and focus on opening the hips, hamstrings, and chest. This sequence might not be completely traditional.. but it’s one I’ve been playing with and absolutely love so I hope you do to! . . As always, please remember to modify, adjust and make it your own practice. Rest and pause me when you need to! - you don’t have to be able to do the pose to give it a go! .
