Yeast Dough Ingredients: • 650 g wheat flour • 120 g rolled oats (quick-cooking) • 2 tsp sugar • 1 tsp salt • 4-5 dl water • 1 packet yeast • 4 tbsp neutral oil • about 0.5 dl rolled oats for topping ⸻ Instructions: 1. Place the wheat flour, rolled oats, sugar, salt, and water in a mixing bowl. Crumble in the yeast and knead the dough well for 5–8 minutes. Add the oil and knead for another 2–3 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. The dough may be slightly sticky and moist, as the oats will absorb more liquid during rising. 2. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 30 minutes. 3. Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface. Divide it into 16 equal pieces. Shape them into rolls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 4. Cover the rolls with a cloth and let them rise again until doubled in size, about 30 minutes. 5. Lightly brush with water and sprinkle rolled oats on top. 6. Place the baking tray on the middle rack of the oven at 220 °C (428 °F) and bake for about 10 _15 minutes.
