This exercise should be performed after you have demonstrated competence and mastery with Version 1 first. All you need is a mirror, and the recommended frequency is one to two times per day, working up to ten reps. This video is designed for patients who have an established program in the clinic and a relationship with Dr. Jessie as their healthcare provider.
