Here is the recipe if you want to give it a try. 🥰 #dinnertime #Supper #deliciousfood #easydinner #quickmeals Orzo Chicken Dinner Ingredients: 2 Chicken Breasts (sliced into strips) Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Pepper (to taste) Olive Oil (about 2 Tablespoons) 2 Cups Orzo 2 Cups Chicken Broth 1 Cup Heavy Cream 1 Small Container of Cherry Tomatoes (sliced lengthwise) 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms 1 Boursin Cheese Round 2 Cups Baby Spinach 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese Directions: Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees Saute Chicken in Olive Oil until done Season with Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Pepper In a 9 x 13 Pan Pour in the Orzo, Tomatoes, Chicken, Mushrooms, Chicken Broth and Heavy Cream Mix well Place the Boursin Cheese Round on top of mix Then place the Spinach on top Cover with aluminum foil Bake for 55 minutes. Uncover, Stir, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top Bake uncovered 5 more minutes.
