Please Subscribe Like Share Ingredients for 600gm flour : Maida (flour) 600gm Yeast 1 Tbsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp & 1/2 tsp Oil 2 Tbsp Baking soda ( its Opptional) 1tsp Milk powder 3Tbsp Dahi ( Yougart) 4Tbsp Black or white sesame seeds some Egg yolk 1 mix 1Tbsp of water & beat it. Lukewarm water 1 cup or as required. Ingredients for 1kg flour Roghni Naan: Maida ( flour) 1kg Oil 4 Tbsp Dahi ( Yougart) 6 Tbsp Baking soda 1 tsp & 1/2tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Yeast 1 Packet or 2 Tbsp Milk powder 5 Tbsp ( its Opptional) Ghee 4 Tbsp Black or white sesame seeds some 1 egg yolk mix 1 Tbsp of water & beat it. Lukewarm water 2 cups Recipe : In a late bowl add flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, yeast, milk powder mix it well with fork. Then add oil & Yougart mix it with dough making machine or with hands. After mix add little lukewarm water at a time & make a soft dough with the help of machine or hands. Now neat dough with adding 4 Tbsp of ghee. Make a round neat ball & brush oil or ghee on top cover plastic wrap & bind with any thick warm cloth & leave it in warm place for proofing the dough nicely. When proof or rise nicely punch it with hand to release air. Now divide into part & measure weight on weight machine we need 100gm of dough ball for 1 naan. Make 100 gm of each ball with dough. Now cover it & leave dough balls for 10 minutes for rising again. For electric oven : Preheat oven for 20 minutes on 200°C on both grills for preheating. For gass oven : Preheat oven for 20 minutes on 180°C. Grease oven tray & take dough ball & give shape according to show in video & make design with the help of back of the spoon that show in video. Sprinkle black sasema seeds on top & brush egg yolk on top. Transfer into oven & bake for 15 minutes on 200°C on lower grill. In gass oven bake on 180°C After 5 minutes check if rise then on upper grill & give colour on top. Now keep it out from oven & brush oil or Butter on top when hot. Line clean cloth in hotpot & spray water on cloth & put roghni naan in it & cover it helps it to keep soft & fresh.
