My knees. The rater said that the evidence did not show left knee pain. After receiving my C file, I found both left and right knee pain as well as shin splints and tibia strain. Is this a good case for a cue claim on a supplemental form? I am also the person who asked the question about club feet and back issues. ======================================== 04:37 Fifth Question Name: Islandhi2u My employer is telling me to not file my first CA-7 form until the 45 day of COP has ended. CFR 20 10.111 States i should file after recieving the CA-7. Now the OWCP adjuster called and stated i cannot keep submitting my form. This was denied due to employer has not confirmed "leave without pay status" and "unable to verify future dates". The CA-20 form states i was under doctors care until 10\21/23.
