This is the full recording of a previously livestreamed stretch and mobility class. Join me, Sally (Chartered Physiotherapist), for a gentle but effective whole-body routine designed to help you move more freely and feel more comfortable throughout your day. We begin with a standing mobility flow to warm the body, loosen joints, and get everything moving. Then we revisit some of the same stretches on the mat or in different positions — it’s always interesting to notice how a simple variation can feel completely different, and often more effective, from person to person. This session is perfect for easing stiffness, improving flexibility, and giving yourself a mindful movement break. 💛 No equipment needed 💛 Suitable for most ability levels 💛 Take it at your own pace Safety Notes: • Only take part if you feel well today. • Work within a comfortable range and never push into pain. • Make sure you have a clear space around you. • If joining the mat-based section, ensure you can safely get up and down from the floor independently. • Stop immediately if anything doesn’t feel right.
