Justified by Works: The "Faith Alone" LIE

James 2:24 and one of the biggest lies in the history of the church - Luther's Sola Fide doctrine. The very way we go about trusting in Christ is doing everything he says, keeping all his instructions to us. "Why do you call me "Lord, Lord" and not do what I say?" - Jesus Bible: A man IS justified by works and IS NOT by justified faith alone. Luther: A man IS NOT justified works but IS justified by faith alone. Yep, it is just as it appears. This Protestant doctrine is a heinous lie. Yes a man is justified by faith, a living faith that includes works as part of its definition, faith's definition. Faith is our entire response to God in all we do for the rest of our life. Believing the Gospel message is true is only the beginning of our faith not the end. To do no more is to have a dead faith. Even the demons believe such things are true. To have saving faith we must have a complete faith and we won't have a complete faith until we do the works of God in response to Him. Works are a part of our faith not something in addition to faith. Saving faith is not just agreeing in your head that some stuff about God and Jesus is true. Nor is it giving lip service to some theological concept. The works believers do are the works of God and these works ARE our faith, they ARE our response of faith to God by which we are justified and how we become the righteousness of God. Doing the works of God is how faith is made complete, a living faith, saving faith.
