Hey everyone, welcome to today’s 10 MIN TONED LEGS & ROUND BOOTY WORKOUT (Dumbbell, At Home)❤ In this workout we are targeting the legs and booty! We are going to get you that toned legs and round booty in this 10 min workout. You will need a dumbbell (or any weight) but you are also more that welcome to use it without a dumbbell We are burning the legs and booty in this workout. You can do this workout at home or at the gym. To see best results, do this workout 3-4 times a week. The structure for this workout: -2 SETS, each set having: -7 exercises (30s ON, 10s OFF) -30s Rest in between sets If you are serious about toning your legs and butt then you have to do my 14-DAY LEGS AND BUTT WORKOUT PLAN. This is an awesome way of sticking to the goal!
