Join me for my 20th YouTube yoga class! This week we will be doing a self-love yoga flow inspired by Ashtanga. This dynamic flow gives us a chance to fosters a sense of inner peace by encouraging self-compassion and acceptance. It enhances mindfulness and body awareness, encouraging a positive relationship with your body and boosting self-acceptance. The multiple hugs in the yoga flow will help to release tension and promote feelings of safety and relaxation through the release of oxytocin. As mentioned before, I am still very much in the early stages of my training/ teaching but I am practicing my teaching as well as my yoga and I hope you enjoy! Grab your mat and let’s begin!
