Join me for my 18th YouTube yoga class! This week we will be doing a yoga flow inspired by Ashtanga yoga. With this dynamic flow and connection to your breath it will ensure you feel great after! I have recently started incorporating Ashtanga into my yoga practice and love how it makes me feel particularly when I do it before a day at work as a GP. As Ashtanga practice is normally quite long this shorter sequence will help you to easily fit a yoga practice into your day. With the cooler weather coming I need to plan how I can continue to practice and film outside. Let me know if you have any suggestions! As mentioned before, I am still very much in the early stages of my training/ teaching but I am practicing my teaching as well as my yoga and I hope you enjoy! Grab your mat and let’s begin!
