This 20-minute yin yoga practice is an invitation to pause. Yin is a slow, grounding practice where we hold postures for longer periods of time to gently stress the connective tissues, increase mobility, and regulate the nervous system. Rather than pushing or forcing, we soften. We listen. We allow. In this short sequence, you’ll: • Release tension in the hips and lower body • Improve joint mobility • Calm the nervous system • Practice stillness and presence • Create space — physically and emotionally This practice is appropriate for all levels. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need experience. Just bring a mat, maybe a blanket or block, and a willingness to slow down. Yin yoga works deeply — not through intensity, but through time. ✨ Practice Live With Us Join our online community: • Monday 6:00 AM MST – Sip & Stretch (mobility-based) • Wednesday 7:30 PM MST – Yin Yoga • Sunday 8:00 PM MST – Yoga Nidra ✨ Ready to Deepen? Our 60-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is Yoga Alliance registered and designed to help teachers and students understand the anatomy, philosophy, energetics, and nervous system science behind yin. ✨ Curious About the “Why” Behind Yoga? We wrote a book to make yoga and yin more accessible, grounded, and clear — blending ancient wisdom with modern understanding. Subscribe for weekly yin, meditation, mobility, and soulful practices. The practice isn’t about doing more. It’s about staying long enough to feel.
