Welcome to my channel. In today’s video Godwin Fine Art Landscape Photography, I spent a couple of hours around Kilnsea on the East Yorkshire coast. Here I photographed an old 1st World War Artillery Gun placement that has fallen into the sea due to coastal erosion. This given me the opportunity to create a light Ethereal Fine Art type of image of the remains of the Godwin Artillery Battery. The video shows my work flow process and behind the scenes on how I interpret Fine Art Landscape Photography. Conditions were hard due direct harsh sunlight. But that was part of the aim of this video to show the this style of photography can be shot in any condition and any time of the day. Godwin Fine Art Landscape Photography. I often get asked what is Fine Art Landscape Photography? However it is very subjective and down to the individual looking at it. My take on Fine Art Landscape Photography is that it's a genre that goes beyond documentary photography with personnel creative arty style of photography. It evokes emotions and tells stories through visual narratives often focusing on aspects of landscape. Such as using slow shutter speeds to change the look of water giving a etherial dreamy soft magical atmosphere. This why I love Fine Art Photography as it allows me the creative freedom to change the look of a scene and make it my own style! I live on the East Yorkshire coast, so the last couple of videos have been shot locally.
