Thank you so much for watching :) CONNECT WITH ME: Instagram: mina_rome Email: minarome.yt@gmail.com What you'll need: MEAL #1 {Red Lentil Cous Cous Pitas} 1 cup red or yellow lentils, uncooked (~180g) 2 cups water for the lentils (500ml) 3/4 cup cous cous (~140g) 1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds 1 medium sized onion 1-2 cloves of garlic 3 Tbsp tomato purée 1-2 tsp dried herbs 1/2 cup water 1-2 tsp agave syrup a handful of fresh parsley a 1/2 tsp cumin salt, pepper to taste fresh lemon juice (I added in the entire lemon, start by adding half and see if it needs more) 4 pitas hummus cucumber, red onion, fresh basil for the top this makes enough for 2-3 portions MEAL #2 {Avocado, Spinach & Chickpea Pasta} ~220g pasta (7,7 oz) for example whole wheat, lentil or bean pasta 1 small onion 1 clove of garlic 1 avocado 1/2 cup chickpeas (~85g) + more for the top a handful of fresh spinach + more for the top 1/2 cup of pasta water (125ml) (I said 1 cup in the video, that's just incase you need/want a thinner consistency) 1 avocado juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp Italian seasoning salt & pepper to taste this makes enough for 2 portions MEAL #3 {BBQ Tofu Quinoa Wraps} 1 pack plain tofu, normal kind or firm silken tofu (~300g) 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (125ml) 1 cup quinoa, uncooked (~170g) 4-6 tortillas hummus cucumber greens a lil bit of tahini more BBQ sauce if you like Music used: / flugdank / groovy-life / just-a-dream This video is proudly sponsored by Thrive Market :)
