Day 36. Came into this one tired after a heavy lunch shift and decided to lean into a longer, slower session instead of forcing intensity. Kept things mostly raw today — minimal edits, longer rests, and a lot of listening to breathing and fatigue as it showed up. This was more about time, consistency, and staying present than chasing perfect reps. Used the jump rope throughout to keep the heart rate up, adjusted movements when things weren’t clicking, and called it before form started to slip.
