Learn how to take any of the pasta fuelings and transform them into delicious crunchy crackers! Ingredients: 1 pasta fueling (chicken noodle soup, rustic tomato penne, macaroni and cheese, etc.) 2-3 T. water non-stick spray Oven temp - 375. Don't forget to let the dough rest for a couple of hours to hydrate the pasta. Roll to about 1/8-inch thick. Bake one side for 8-10 minutes. Flip, cut into crackers, bake another 8-10 minutes, keeping an eye on them every few minutes to remove any that are getting too crispy. We want crackers, not carbon!!
