Ingredients: 1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix 1 3.9 oz package instant chocolate pudding mix 1 cup water 4 large eggs Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine all ingredients in large bowl. With electric mixer, beat on low until combined, then increase to medium and beat for 8 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 50 - 60 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool and glaze. Glaze: 2 cups sifter confectioners sugar 1 tsp instant coffee 3 Tbsp water or 3 Tbsp leftover coffee Sift powdered sugar into a medium sized bowl. Stir in coffee. Stir well and drizzle over cooled cake.
