In this class we begin with a very human moment. I share a small scheduling mistake that left me feeling embarrassed in front of one of my daughter’s friend’s moms — and how practicing self-compassion helped me move through it. From that place, we explore a fluid movement practice designed to help you release tension and move more freely. Expect lots of hip work, fascial flow, and gentle hamstring flossing as we gradually build toward Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose). This practice is about more than flexibility — it’s about remembering that being human includes making mistakes, softening toward ourselves, and continuing to move forward with curiosity and care.
