Meet Lesley Brydon, founder and CEO of Clark Communications, which she started in 2012 after a lifelong agency career. Coming to PR as a very determined non-graduate, she’s been a junior account exec and CEO and done pretty much every job in between. A true agency stalwart. During this 30+ year career, the one constant has been change. Starting out by sending out press releases and pictures by post and currently grappling with AI, she has weathered some of the biggest transformations our sector has seen, and yet her real measure of success is an enduring passion for the central focus of what we do – telling business stories. Alongside this, she’s grown a leading agency from one to 20 people, retained a focus on culture in the workplace, and never tires of finding new talent to come through the Clark doors.
