It’s our final day in New York City, and it’s a snowy one! We started with an evening stroll along 5th Avenue, soaking in the chilly winter atmosphere and iconic lights. Our dinner stop? The Dolar Shop Hotpot, and let me tell you, it’s perfect for cold weather. After lining up for over an hour, we finally got seated. The rich broth, customizable dipping sauces, and perfectly marbled wagyu slices made it totally worth it. Even after having pizza earlier, the menu here was too tempting to resist. The soup base alone was absolutely next-level delicious. The next morning, we grabbed breakfast at the legendary Utopia Bagels, where the line is always long, but always worth it. I took my order back to the hotel: an egg bagel with smoked salmon, perfect fuel before the next adventure. Later in the afternoon, we visited The Vessel at Hudson Yards. The architecture is wild. like a giant beehive of bronze and mirrors. Entry cost $10, and the climb to the top? Brutal, but so worth it for the unique views over NYC and the nearby shopping mall. My kid loved it too, especially the nearby candy shop with tons of colorful treats. To close the trip, we had a final dinner at BONDST, a sleek Japanese fusion spot. From gyoza with foie gras to premium sushi and juicy steak, it was a feast to remember. The total? A whopping $350, but every bite was amazing. That wraps up our New York journey!
