Not only was he the embodiment of natural laws but also a pioneer in human civilization and education. He established the marriage system, defined rituals, music, and ethics, and promoted social order. Taoism regards him as a source of wisdom and salvation, believing that he revealed the mysteries of fate through the Eight Trigrams and used talismans and magic to dispel disasters and bestow blessings. His governance philosophy of non-action (Wu Wei) and compassionate desire to save all beings made him the 'Dao Incarnate,' bridging heaven and earth and unifying nature and humanity.
