Today, I made a whole wheat bread that's very soft and chewy. Usually, whole wheat bread can be dry and heavy, But this recipe is as soft as a regular milk bread and so savory! You can make it in many shapes, but I made it in small round shape to make a mini sandwich. Subscribe and like help me a lot 💕 Whole Wheat Bread 10 pieces Bread flour 300g Whole wheat flour 45g Sugar 25g Salt 4g Instant yeast 4g Water 100g Milk 110g Unsalted butter 25g Prepare Before ✓ Butter at room temperature for more than 30 minutes to remove coldness. Prepare water and milk warm. (not hot) 1. Put all dry ingredients (bread flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast) in a clean bowl, then lightly mix to coat with flour. 2. Add water and milk and mix them. Make sure the dough is not to be too watery. Transfer the dough to the workbench. 3. Add softened butter the dough and combine them evenly. 4. When the dough gets smooth, start to knead. Repeat pushing and pulling to smooth the dough.(7-10 minutes) 5. When you stretch the dough and it doesn't break and your fingers reflect on a thin layer, finish off the kneading. Transfer the dough to a clean bowl and cover it with a wrap. Rise the dough until it doubles in a warm place. (About 50 minutes-1 hours / The rising time may vary depending on temperature and humidity) 6. Move the dough to the workbench and remove the gas lightly. Divide it into 10 pieces. Round the divided dough and cover the top with a wet cotton towel or wrap to prevent it from drying out. 7. Remove the gas from the dough once more and then round it again. Place the joints of the dough to the bottom on the tray. Rise the dough in a warm place until the dough 1.5-double size. ( About 50 minutes-1 hour) 8. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 12-13 minutes / until the top is even brown. 9. Brush milk or melted butter on the warm bread according to your taste.
