I just completed my 96 hour water fast. I did not do it to lose body fat. I did it for health reasons. I’m the video I talk about my experience and my basic research into the fast. I am not an expert on this topic. I do not recommend it. If you decide to do it, please talk to your doctor and do your own research. It is said that fasting can reduce the risks of cancer, dementia, Parkinson’s, hair loss, diabetes and many others. I do intermittent fasting daily for 16 hours. My last meal is typically at 10pm and when I wake up I do strength training followed by JiuJitsu training until around 3pm. So my first meal is around 4pm. I will occasionally eat breakfast if my body tells me. So I don’t try to force myself. Extended fasts will continue to lower your blood glucose levels. Do research into Ketosis, increased keytones. Also get your blood work done. You can have elevated levels of uric acid.
