CLAYPOT CHICKEN BIRYANI | CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI | CHICKEN BIRYANI | POT BIRYANI | DUM BIRYANI | CLAYPOT RECIPES Claypot Chicken Biryani recipe ------------------------------------------------ Ingredients ----------------- Ghee - 3 Tbsp Whole Spices (Cinnamon, Clove,star anise, Cardamom pods & Bay leaf) Onion - 2 0r 3 nos thinly sliced Green chili - 1 or 2 nos chopped Tomato - 2 nos sliced Coriander leaves- 1 cup Mint leaves - 1 cup Salt to taste Basmati Rice - 500 gm Ingredients for Marination ----------------------------------------- Chicken - 500 gm Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp kashmiri red Chili powder - 2 Tbs Coriander powder - 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder - 1 Tsp Salt - 1 Tbs Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbs Curd - 1/2 cup Cooking Method -------------------------- 1) Marinate Chicken: -Take the chicken in a bowl, add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, curd and mix everything well -Marinate it for about 2 hours 2) Cook the Rice: -Heat a pan with water, add whole spices,salt,oil and bring it to boil.Add basmati rice (soaked for 30 mins) and cook till 3/4 done.Drain in a colander. 3) Cook biryani in claypot: -Heat a clay pot and add 2 Tbs ghee, add the whole spices and roast them -Add onions and green chilies and saute till they are brown -Add chopped tomatoes and saute them -Add the chicken pieces and mix well -After 5 mins, add coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well -Close and cook for 15 mins -Check for seasoning and salt accordingly and mix well -Add the 3/4th cooked rice into the clay pot. (Soak and cook the rice with whole spices till it is 3/4 th done) -Spread the rice evenly -Add ghee and seal the clay pot with an aluminium foil paper and place a lid on top and cook it for about 30 mins -After about 30 mins turn off the stove and mix the briyani and serve the briyani hot with onion raita. #claypotrecipes #briyani #claypotchickenBiryani #biryanirecipe #chickenbiryani #chickenbiryanirecipe #potbiriyani #dumbiriyani Music: https://www.bensound.com/royalty-free...
