TOGETHER AT HOME : welcome friends to Micro Movements . Yogis I remembered to switch on the mic! YAY! however as will all things new there is a little 'trial and error' in these teething stages. The lighting isn't great in this video so you might have to adjust your brightness. . Today we're taking it gently with little movements that have massive results in shifting prana (life force energy) through your body. . If you feel pain in your body, you're not moving right and if you're not moving right, you're not breathing right. These micro movements can totally renew and invigorate your energetic body - taking what you do with me in this video from the micro level to the macro! . I created this sequence at the beginning of 2020 because I noticed that when I was waking up in the mornings, I felt stiff and a little creaky. The winter season can really impact us in ways that we definitely notice more as we get older 😟 . So I decided to wake up a little earlier, sit up and get into Sukasana and work through my body, working on the fascia and moving prana in the joints. Within a few days of doing this routinely in the mornings as I woke I noticed a huge shift from feeling OLD to much more vibrant and pain free. . If you have pain in your joints; fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, spine, you can remedy this. The body is an amazing and sophisticated system that wants to be in tip top health. So give this a go - wake up, move gently as you do these micro movements with me before you get out of bed. Do this every morning and then let me know in the comments below how you're getting on and what changes you're experiencing.
