Super delicious base for a walnut tart, filled with yoghurt and berries! The famous traditional Greek yogurt for breakfast or a treat after a meal. Ingredients: • 220 g walnuts, crushed/blended • 2-3 tbsp honey • 30 g butter, melted • 400 g Greek yoghurt, strained For serving: • Blueberries • Blackberries • Raspberries • Honey or maple syrup • Mint leaves • candied orange peel / orange peel preserve Method: Preheat the oven to 220°C. 1. Add walnuts to a food processor and grind them until they are crushed. 2. Transfer them to a bowl and add honey and melted butter. Mix it well, until the mixture is homogeneous. 3. Spread the mixture on the bottom and on the walls (up to the middle) of a 20 cm round baking tin with a removable base ( greased with oil or lined with parchment paper) 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes and leave the base aside to cool down well. 5. Spread the yogurt evenly in the base and decorate with fruit. 6. Pour honey over the tart, decorate it and serve. 7. Enjoy it with delicious chocolate coffee latte, that can be served hot or cold! 8. Enjoy! 😍 Can keep in the fridge for 2 days.
