Supinating bicep curl, 2 x 15lbs / 6.5kg 15 reps each, back to back Rest then repeat once Triset TWO 1. Pronated grip row, 2 x 20lbs / 9kg 2. Neutral grip shoulder press, 2 x 12.5lbs / 5.5kg 3.
