They are all vegan soups, a.k.a. whole food plant-based (WFPB) soups with no added SOS (salt, oil, or sugar). I will use maple syrup as a sweetener, which is used when cooking with tomatoes so that the tomatoes aren’t bitter. PASTA e FAGIOLI SOUP (Vegan Style!) (Below is the small recipe. I doubled this recipe in the video.) Ingredient List: 1 28 oz can Diced Tomatoes Water or Veg Broth for sauteing 1 Onion, diced 6 cloves Garlic, minced 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (this is a SCANT 1/2 tsp!) 1 1/2 quarts Vegetable Broth 2 cans Red Kidney Beans, drained & rinsed 2 Bay Leaves 3/4 cup Small Pasta (Ditali, small shells, elbow, etc.) Black Pepper to taste Salt to taste (skip the salt if doing SOS-free) Fresh Parsley Leaves, chopped, as a garnish RED PEPPER & TOMATO SOUP (I doubled this recipe in the video.) Ingredient List: Water or vegetable stock for sauteing 2 medium Red Bell Peppers, chopped 1 medium Onion, chopped 2 Garlic cloves, minced 2 T. Tomato Paste 1 t. Paprika 1 28 oz can Whole Tomatoes 1 1/2 cups Vegetable Broth 1/2 t. Salt (Skip the salt if doing SOS-free) 1/2 t. Pepper 1/3 cup Non-dairy Milk (such as unsweetened Almond Milk) 1 Tbsp of Dry Basil (or 1/3 c.
