[ Ingredients ] 👩🏻‍🍳 🌟 Descurainia Sophia Seeds ( 2 cups ) 🌟 Sugar ( 1 cup & It’s optional ) 🌟Rose Water ( half a cup ) 🌟Cardamom seeds ( 5 – 8 ) 🌟Saffron 🌟water ( 5 cups ) Hi my dear friends , Khakshir is a natural herbal detox drink that cleanses the liver . This Iranian drink improves skin texture and helps cure symptoms such as fever. Khakshir seeds are an excellent source of calcium, fiber, and protein. 🌟How to Clean Descurainia Sophia Seeds ( first step )🌟😊👇 Khakshir seeds ( Descurainia Sophia Seeds ) should be rinsed thoroughly before consumption , as they often contain a lot of sand. To do this , pour the khakshir into a bowl with some warm water and leave it to stand for 30 minutes. As with panning for gold , rotate in a light, even motion or swing back and forth. This way, you separate the sand from the seeds, now carefully pour the water and the seeds into another bowl. As you can see , some sand is at the bottom of the first bowl , so rinse it off thoroughly. Refill the bowl with water and repeat the process until you see no more sand. Depending on the sand contained , you can repeat 5 to 10 times . 🌟How to make Sharbat ( second step ) 🌟😊👇 Mix water , sugar ( you can replace the sugar with honey if you want ), cardamom seeds & rose water and pour them in a pot. Then heat the pot to have them dissolved. Add the ground saffron into the mixture and let it boil for 30 minutes . Let it get cold then add it to the clean « Descurainia Sophia Seeds » .
