We go over the current guidelines, and breakdown the metabolic equivalents (METs) that are needed for moderate to vigorous activity, and how much strength-training you need. We talk about how guidelines vary based on age and other conditions (pregnancy, elderly, cancer survivors), and whether/how tracking your steps plays into this.
