Today was a struggle day. Three failed video attempts, a canceled French class, too much going on outside, and a body that just said: not today. So I listened. This episode of The Daily Donna is a short one, not because there's nothing to say, but because sometimes the most therapeutic thing you can do is stop trying to force it and just be honest about where you are. We give our machines more grace than we give ourselves. We expect computers to need a restart. We give them one without guilt. But when we're the ones running slow, we push through, perform, and punish ourselves for being human. Not today. I'm ending this one with a question: how do you know when you've hit your trying limit? And can you give yourself permission to stop?
