Easy Napoleon Cake with vanilla custard. It is very delicious and has delicate flavour. Your loved ones will definitely love it and will ask more. Ingredients: 4 sheets puff pastry (3 for cake and 1 for decoration) Bake in the oven 200C/392F for about 13min or until slightly golden Vanilla Custard Ingredients: 500ml milk 5 egg yolks 140g sugar 25g flour 25g cornflour/corn starch 80g butter Heat milk in a pot (medium heat). While it is heating beat egg yolks with sugar until smooth, then add flour and cornflour and beat until smooth again. Add a little bit of warm milk to the mixture and whisk to combine. Add the yolks mixture to the remaining hot milk and cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a simmer. Cook for 2 more min and remove from heat (it took me about 20min to cook). Stir in butter and vanilla extract. Cover with clear wrap and leave to cool down for about 30min, then transfer to the fridge for 1-2hours.
