Loneliness can feel heavy, and it can also feel oddly loud—like your mind starts telling stories that sound like facts. This 10-minute guided meditation is here to help you stay with yourself, steady your breath, and take one real step toward connection—without shame, and without pretending you’re fine. In today’s practice, we’ll work with: • grounding in the body and breath when loneliness hits • staying present instead of numbing or spiraling • a simple phrase you can use anytime: “With you.” • choosing one small action toward connection after the meditation If you have someone safe to reach out to, great.
