Follow us on social media: / bluffcitygrub / bluffcitygrub Bluff City Recipe: INGREDIENTS 5 to 6 cups of spinach or two bags Two can of artichoke hearts 8 oz block of cream cheese 1 cup of sour cream 1/2 cup of mayo 1 cup of smoked Gouda 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese Teaspoon of garlic powder Teaspoon of smoked paprika A package of Lipton Onion Soup mix INSTRUCTIONS Grill the Vegetables: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F) on your Weber Kettle. Toss the fresh spinach and artichoke hearts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the spinach and artichokes directly on a grill pan or foil on your Weber Kettle. Grill for 2-3 minutes, flipping the artichokes halfway through, until the spinach is slightly wilted and the artichokes have grill marks. Mix the Dip: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, smoked gouda cheese, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lipton mix Mix until smooth. Fold in the grilled spinach and artichokes, ensuring everything is evenly combined. Prepare for Smoking: Spoon the mixture into a cast iron skillet or foil pan.
