Let it sit for about 5 minutes to curdle and thicken slightly. Blend the dressing base: Add the soy “buttermilk,” garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dried parsley, dried dill, and agar agar to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Thicken (optional): If using agar flakes, pour the blended mixture into a small saucepan and heat gently for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. (Skip heating if using agar powder or prefer a thinner dressing.) Add freshness: Let the mixture cool, then stir in the fresh parsley.
